Home Study, T-shirts, Coolers, Go-Pros, and UT Football!

What do all of these things have in common? They are making up our Saturday! As of noon today, we have completed our home study. For those of you who have done this you know the amount of paper work, questions, errands and more that this process involves. The social worker told us this morning that we will have our official completed documents emailed to us at the end of next week.
All our papers are completed and filed!
At that point we will be able to apply for grants as well as be one step closer to brining baby boy home! God is so good! Please be praying as we are starting to look at potential birth mothers. More to come on this soon. God continues to answer our prayers for peace and discernment. He always leads and we want to follow. We are so thankful to serve a God who goes before us and beside us. It is wonderful to know that HE already has a birth mother picked out. For us it's a complex puzzle, but for Him it's a perfect fit and we don't have to worry for His plans will prevail.

"We plan the way we want to live, but only God makes us able to live it." Proverbs 16:9

We have the t-shirts designed and ready for pre-order. Our good friend, Hannah Santi, has helped us design these. She took 4 important things to us and put them in quadrants of two crossed arrows. We realized that we have a blog post on almost every one of these items, so if you have not had time to check these out here they are. Allow me to explain this sweet design a little more. The top one says Team D Adventures and you can read about that here Click here to read Team D Adventures  . The right one says Psalm 127:4-5 and has been our theme verse for this adoption process. Click here for Arrows and Psalm Blog. The bottom is the state of Florida. God called us here and this is the state that we will be bringing baby boy home to. Click here for Why Florida Blog . And last but not least the 10:23. Yes, if you order one of these shirts you will be sporting a shirt with a time on it. This cherished time relates to scripture that we've claimed as a family this year. Read more if you would like - Click here for 10:23 Blog If you are interested in ordering one of these shirts, they are $20 a piece and the profits go to the adoption fund. (Thank you Star Designs in Waynesboro, TN for the help!) Order today by sending an email to becca@raveministries.org with your size. Thank you for your support! When you get your shirts, please take pics and tag us and thank you for being in our village!!

We also have had some sweet friends donate a Yeti Cooler and a Go-Pro to raffle off. If you are interested in buying one of these tickets, they are $20 and we are drawing 2 winners and only have 350 tickets available! Get one of these by emailing ntdaniel123@gmail.com and we wish you all could win! But 2 of you will! Who wouldn't love a Yeti cooler or Go-pro?!?

Experiment time!

As for day to day life, we are so blessed. As donations come in, our hearts are humbled and honored. We are loving our new location in Ft. Walton Beach and being close to school for Nathan has been a wonderful blessing. Becca and Fenley are adjusting well to the "commute" - poor things have to drive over 2 beautiful bridges everyday. Third grade is fun and today starts the beginning of Fenley's birthday week! Becca's family came to town last week and they got her a trampoline for her birthday. Everyday, at least once, Fenley can be found outside, jumping or "shooting hoops." Even if it's raining, she puts on her swimsuit and will jump in the rain. Nathan is adjusting to teaching 2 new science classes this year and has inspired Fenley to do experiments at home! Life is never boring on Coral Court. When you walk into our new place we have written on the chalkboard 'Holy Spirit, you are welcome here'. This has become our daily prayer. We hope the walls of your home are filled with laughter and joy.

Thank you for your love. Thank you for your support. Thank you for your encouragement. Thank you for your continued prayers. HE IS GOOD.

Celebration of Canaan's Life

Arrangements for Canaan's Celebration of Life service have been scheduled, and Becca and Nathan would love anyone who's been touched...
